Hydraulic cylinder tubes are usually honed steel tubes made of seamless steel tubes or welded tubes, they are mostly used as the main material to manufacture or repair the hydraulic cylinders and pneumatic cylinders, they are used as hydraulic cylinder barrels.
Our tube factory is one of the leading China hydraulic cylinder honed tube suppliers. We produce and supply honed cylinder tube and chrome plated bar, chrome plated hollow bar for various hydraulic cylinder applications for more than 20 years to customers all over the world.
Younglee’s cylinder tube is mostly manufactured with our “Suitable To Hone” Cold Drawn Seamless Tube, with skiving roller burnishing process or honing process. The honing process involves using abrasive polishing stones and abrasive paper to remove small amounts of material, to produce extremely precise ID dimensions and smoothy surface.
Younglee’s cylinder tubes mostly is made of seamless steel tubes with grades SAE 1020, and SAE 1026 and ST52.3. And we can make cylinder tubes of other materials on request, such as stainless steel honed tubes.
